receiving fax issues

I have had 6 different people try faxing me and none of them can send me a fax. They receive a busy tone.  I have notified RingCentral 3 times and they tell me there is nothing wrong and close the case.  I am very frustrated.  Is anyone else having any issues?

Hi Scott,  Sorry for the frustration.  I found your case notes and it looks like it was working when they tested, it, but, I do see the recent failed faxes. The best thing to do is open another case  Open a Case  so it can be escalated.

Mike,
I have submitted 3 cases and they keep closing them and telling me nothing is wrong.  My last case I asked for them to call me, but they just send a few test faxes and close the case.  I try calling them and I get cut off and am told that I need to get support online.  I opened a case again last week and have not heard a peep from them.  Plesae forward this to someone who can assist me.

What is the case number from last week? I am not seeing anything that recent on the account. The most recent one I see was opened on 2/27.  Give our support team a call at 18888984591 and provide the case #03392924, unless you have a more recent case number.

If it helps, I also run a report from the Call Log to show the errors.
