What does a triangle symbol with an exclamation point in the center mean, diplayed top right of phone screen

Symbol appears on the phone screen only

Top left of screen displays current time and directly across from the time is the date that changes to the triangle/exclamation point symbol

Hi MJ, Click the following link and scroll down to page 7. It's a caution light indicating that some configuration change was made on the device, and is overriding the provisioning server.

Sorry, I'm still not quite sure which phone screen. Is it the screen on the Desktop/Softphone, the phone in the web portal, the mobile app, or a desk phone? If it's a desk phone, which model is it?

Is this on the SoftPhone, or when you are logged into your account through the web portal? If possible can you include a screenshot so I can verify?
