Call log not displaying properly

I needed to show proof that we sent a fax, so when I went to the Call Log, I could not see any of the faxes I sent that day displayed. When I exported the file to Excel, I was able to see it. Can you tell me why I may not have been able to view it in the Call Log? I tried several ways, including "All Extensions" (I am an administrator,)

I'll look into this for you and see what I can find out.  Is there a specific number you want me to check?   I made this a private conversation so you can post any phone/fax number you need to.

OK- when I looked again, (under all Extensions), it looked right.  I must have looked incorrectly- and I even had someone sitting with me to make sure I was doing it right!

Oh, well- I'm glad I was able to resolve with the recipient!!

It could have just been  a browser caching issue and when you closed, and logged back in, it probably refreshed the browser.  Let us know if this occurs again though.

Will do!  Just FYI, we do use multiple monitors. But we will try refreshing if it happens again.

I just logged in and I am able to see quite a few calls and faxes.  Did you perhaps have the "fax" box unchecked on the Advanced Features?  

If you are still having a problem, let me know the fax number it was sent from and date & time.
