Is there any shortcuts to end a call on your OS app?

When using the mobile app, there isn't really a short cut.  But, you can just click the red phone icon like shown below.  If for some reason your phone has switched screens and you need to return to the call controls, just click this small keypad icon, and you'll then be returned to the call control screen.

Might be useful, but I was talking about your app for macbook. I often have a lot of pages and windows open and i was wondering if there was a shortcut to end a call, even if Ringcentral is not selected. Thanks!

When using the Desktop application, there's not an actual hot key to end a call. However, when you have a lot of windows open, it's pretty easy to lose the phone.  If you just press "F6" it will bring the phone to the front, then click the "end call" button similar to the image above.

It doesn't seem to work... I guess I will just have to try to don't "lose" the app haha. Thanks.

I'll look into this for you.  I'll see if the mac default is different than the pc hot key.  I'll let you know.

Hi Gabrielle,  Sorry for the confusion.  At this time, there are no hot keys for mac's.  I'll create an "idea" topic here so others can weigh in and our Product Team can review this request.
