Desktop app freezing

After making a call from my desktop app; it freezes and I have to close it and then open it up again to make another phone call.  I am also unable to place a call using the F6 function.

Hi Brandi,   There could be a number of things that might cause this. The first thing I would do is uninstall, and reinstall the software and see if that makes a difference.
