Voicemail box: "The Mailbox is full"

What is the capacity of our voicemail boxes?  What would happen if one was full, would there be a message?  A caller is claiming to have heard a busy signal after being transferred to a voicemail account I know has alot of messages, could it be full?

Hello Leah,  The caller would get a "the mailbox is full message".   Do any of the things below apply? 

DetailsReceiving the message "The Mailbox is full", can occur for the following reasons:

1. The mailbox has reached the maximum message limit of 200 messages.
2. The Account has run out of Calling Credit.
3. "Block All Calls" is active
