I have been with ring central for 6 months now. I have dedicated fax line 951 735-0159. I have been using EFAX for 10 years and very happy with it. Now from my fax machine I could send a hard copy from my EFAX phone number and it would turn it into a PDF and send it to my AOL email automatically. Can you do that with Ring Central

Is your fax machine actually a multi-function machine? copier, scanner, fax etc?   If so just scan the document and save as a pdf file.  Then, if you've authorized your email address, you can just attach it like sending a normal email and send the email to xxxxxxxxxx@rcfax.com

Some scanners will have an option to "scan to email" where it will automatically convert it to a pdf and attach it to an email for you.
