I was receiving faxes on my ring central desktop but as of 3/23/15 I have not received ANY faxes via DESKTOP. Not sure what happened but please fix this. IT works on my iPhone, and if I log into ring central from a URL but DESKTOP not receiving FAXES.
Hi JNC, There could be a couple things going on here.
1. Make sure you are logged into the Desktop under the right credentials.
2. Make sure you are using the most recent version of the Destkop/Softphone which is now 7.0.5.
3. Then try to send another test fax.
If it still does not work, then
Open a Web Case and let us know which number you are having the problem with.
