Is there a way in REPORTS to put in a phone number to see all the outbound calls to that phone number or fax number?

Yes there is. That is under Call Logs, in Advanced.

This worked GREAT! Thanks Rob.. now how can I print this out as a file to send in a email?

Rob was able to transfer this to excel by clicking on the box left of the number then clicking download. FYI
