Problem with Chrome Extension

In response to @robertoverde on Twitter: http://twitter.com/robertoverde/status/587699684581310464 @RingCentral Nope. Chrome incognito mode still fails. 20 mins on hold and still no person from support. Level 1 will be lost. Help!

Roberto, can you clarify. You are trying to log into the RC Chrome extension, correct?  Can you tell us what OS and version of Chrome you are using?  Does it work when you are not using incognito mode?

I just read your other post and understand this is with the RingOut option. Sorry, I'm not sure where you are stuck. If you are not using the Chrome extension, can you clarify what the issue is with "incognito mode" ?
