We still use the old softphone because it let you enter the name of the party you are faxing to. This is important because we fax to many different places at one time, and a fax may come back unsuccessful. The name helps us identify which fax didn't go through. However, the new desktop app does not let you add a destination name. Also, we found that recently even with the old softphone, our confirmation emails no longer show the party name we typed in--only the phone number. This means we have to go look through all the faxes we sent, and match fax numbers with names to figure out who's fax didn't go through.

How do we get the email fax confirmation to include the name of the receiving party again? How do we get this feature added back in to the new desktop app?
