Problem attaching document to fax

In response to @hmriskgroup on Twitter: http://twitter.com/hmriskgroup/status/590539495633592321 Is there a problem with the fax function on @RingCentralCare? I am rec'ing an error each time I try to attach a document.cc @ATTBusinessCare

Start with checking the document size and file type and make sure the file name does not contain any special characters. 

If you are getting any specific error messages or stuck on a specific step please explain and include screen shots if necessary.

Mike it is actually one sheet of paper on very low resolution. I don't believe that the attachment is the issue.

What is the file type, size and name?   Also can you make sure you are using the most recent version of the RC Destkop?
