I have a Cisco 525G IP phone that was working perfectly until it was unlocked (warranty already expired upon unlock). The phone now will only work on ethernet. Without the ethernet cable, even though it shows that it is connected to WiFI, it blinks amber lights. I have been on the phone with support about it, and they have been able to get it working until it seems to "time out." Any suggestions here? Thank you!
Hi Ashlynn, Is this issue resolved. I located a case that sounds related to this, but the notes say the phones where relocked, and warranty recovered and everything is working again. Or is this a different case?
