Incoming Name Caller ID Canada

I have been trying to figure this out for over a year now. I was told early on that incoming name caller ID (meaning your number shows up on my phone when you call my RC number) was not available in Canada. So whenever someone from Canada calls me, I do not see their caller ID, but if someone from the US calls me, I do see their caller ID. Now I see that even the Canadian pricing page has Inbound Name Caller ID as one of the premium features, so I tried it for a month, and still didn't see any caller IDs from Canada. What is going on? Did they actually turn that feature on over the last year and it's just my account? Did they not turn it on and the pricing page feature is a mistake? I have tried calling about this, but no one who I speak to ever knows about this whole Canada Inbound Caller ID issues, and it's a pain to get the info.

If you are on a Premium plan or higher, you should have this option. I was unable to locate your account. Can you tell us what the primary phone number is on the account so we can locate it. If you are on a Premium or Enterprise plan, but not seeing the Caller ID Name feature working, it's possible something may need to be enabled on our end.

I made this a private conversation so you can post the phone number here.

Thanks so much. My main number is  (437) 800-1029. I actually downgraded it to a standard plan literally a half hour ago after trying and failing to get this issue resolved through tech support. I would put it back to a premium plan if you were certain that this feature is available in Canada and we can resolve it. Can you confirm that the feature was introduced over the past year, since I was last told about a year ago that it was not yet available.

Sorry for all the confusion, but yes I can confirm that this feature was released several weeks ago.  This page contains release notes showing that it was included.

If you decide to upgrade again, and still don't see the option, let us now so that we can research/fix anything that's not working.
