Queue Name Display on Incoming Calls

How can I display the queue name for incoming calls?  I would like to use a different script based on the inbound queue and would like to display the queue name when an agent receives a call.

You can't change the name of the call as far as I know, but you can set the system to tell the call receiver to press one to accept the call from the "ABC Call Queue"
