Desktop App error No SIP registration after router was replaced

Desktop app was working great.  Installed a new VOIP router (Edgemarc 4700).  Now, get the Error No SIP Registration when try to dial out.  Works great off site with same settings.  Have computer setup on DHCP.  Desktop phones are working just fine.  Happening on all three desktop computers when trial to dial directly through Desktop App.

i even uninstalled desktop app, rebooted (Windows 7), and reinstalled.  same error.

i have to believe it is something on our router is not passing the information through.

Yes, it sounds like an issue with the new router. You can try to turn of the Windows firewall as a troubleshooting step, but you will also want to check/update the TCP and UDP port ranges in the router.  The following page contains the recommended router settings:  Ports and Firewalls
