Phone calls are being directed to the fax line instead of our drivers line why!?

We have missed over 1200 phone calls in the last 60 days from potential customers. We have been told that when they call there is a busy signal. After we started to dig we noticed on the call log a tremendous amount of "faxes" these were all listed as incoming fax errors.... DUH! They were trying to reach into our drivers line and their call was rerouted to our fax line. Is there any way to get this fixed? I already opened a case but I need it fixed TODAY we are coming into one of the 4 biggest weekends in our business and we cannot miss a single call

I'm unable to locate either of those numbers in our system. However I found a case that appears to be related with comments stating that the problem is resolved. Can you please confirm your problem is resolved?
