Fax cover page, why do extra lines between paragraphs disappear? Desktop softphone 7.05. Lines convert in Preview to 1 big ugly paragraph.

When typing-up a fax cover sheet (comments), I might have multiple paragraphs with lines in-between them. When going to Preview before sending, those extra lines disappear; everything in one big ugly paragraph.

HI Eric,   Can you check your version of the RC Desktop/Sofphtone?   I just checked using version 7.1 and 7.1.1 and it seems to maintain the spacing.  Lets first find out if you are on an older version.

Thanks for the quick reply, and you & I have a couple of threads going right now, both leading towards confirming version level. Just yesterday, I updated to 7.0.5.11608 (RC for Windows), and I just went to the "About" to select "Check for Updates," and you'll see from screenshot below that it RC clearly thinks I'm on THE most current version (i.e. "Your version of RC for W is up to date";see at the bottom).  How do we get to this magical 7.1 or 7.1.1?  :)
