Engineering Department of Ringcentral Screweed up the System so much they dont know where to go and fix it,
With the new updates my Ringcentral Phone System is so screwed Engineering don't know how to fix it. Its all been done because of greed to limit the old features that was already been working from last 7 years.
Even level 2 don't have a answer when it will be fixed. The only answer I am getting is "This is a known issue and we are working on it" They don't know the time frame when it will be fixed.
All of a sudden extension got corrupted,
All my phone calls started going to Voice Mail after First Ring
All Stopped Receiving any SMS/Text.
My Business hours changed to Saturday/ Sunday off, but we are open 7 Days a week, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We change the hours back but we were not able to save the changes because of system glitch.
Reingcentral Level 1 Tech Support is not properly trained on these issues and they don't have proper troubleshhoting SOPs. They are just guessing here and there to fix the issue.
Now after 3 week of frustration with Ringcentral phone system I am stating to look for other phone vendors.
Its all started when Ringcentral Engineering department started to change all the old features that was working good and the wanted to disable them and force the customers to buy more numbers and they screwed up and they don't know how to fix the screw ups.
