How do I print faxes automatically ?

This feature still exists. Just go to Settings > Messaging, and you'll see the "on" switch that you can turn on, and then an option to select a printer will appear.

Thank you for your response. While that is an option, you still have to manually click on the fax for it to print. (the auto print feature works so that when you click to view the fax, it prints, not so that it prints as soon as it comes in)

Hi Danny, If it's configured correctly, it will automatically send the fax to the printer without you having to click on it. If it's not working we'll be happy to help you set it up correctly. This sort of issue might be easiest to resolve on the phone if you want to give us a call.

I too have the same issue. Had a remote session and the tech couldn't figure it out. Now waiting on level 2 tier support to call back. Also I tried to install on different pc and still the issue is the same.

What is your case number?

Do you have the current version of the Softphone? What version of Windows are you using? D
