Fax: Problem sending international faxes

Hi, I am trying to send a fax in Australia to an Australian fax address. I am using ringcentral for Mac. I have sent several faxes and they have come back with the error message - 'Failed - International calling disabled'. My account is attached to a 866 number and I have put the country and region code in the region settings. Not sure what to do to fix this..

Make sure you have International Dialing enabled. Here are the instructions.  Setting up the International Calling feature as an administrator
