intercom SPA514G

how do i program my phone so that my phone rings when someone intercoms me instead of having their voice come directly thru my phone?
id like to be able to chose to pick up on my phone or pick up thru desktop app

Joe, 

Intercom and voice calls are 2 different things.  The Intercom acts like a walkie-talkie.  The users will need to call your extension directly and not sure intercom.
