It looks like the ringcentral app (at least for Android) updated a few days ago, and ever since when I connect (or try) via VOIP it takes for ever to connect. The call just states "Connecting..." Anyone else experiencing this? I have perfect 4G service, and this is a new problem as of 4-5 days ago.
I just updated the app on two different Androids and didn't notice any difference in the Connection time. Try to uninstall and reinstall it and see if that makes a difference. Does the problem persist on both wifi and 3g/4g?
