I have the RC Fax500 plan with one fax line for 9.99 a month. It is my understanding that is plan includes 500 FREE pages monthly. We don't come anywhere near that number on a monthly basis, however, I have been charged $60 in the past 6 months for "other charges." When I did some research it appears this is a credit that is used during income and outgoing faxes.
So I either need a clarification on the plan I have and what it includes or I need these charges reversed and my account set up to get 500 FREE pages monthly.
Side note: trying to get customer service assistance is real pain. You can't get help by phone or email. Chat seems to be only for sales and then there is this forum...a hassle for a consumer.
