Blank incoming fax

Incoming fax is one blank page, though sender is sending multiple pages.  I received faxes from the same sender (same fax number) last week.  This week only one blank page comes through.  Is it a setting on my end or the sender's end that needs changing?

Hi Paul, 

This is something that will require some research.  You can use this link to  Open a Case  and provide us with more details. Let us know the number the fax was coming from, the number in your account they were faxing too, date, time etc. Also, if you know the type of fax machine, or internet fax service the sender is using, we'll see what we can find out.
