Why aren't messages showing on the softphone?

My softphone will ring on incoming calls, but if the caller leaves a message it does not show up.

I noticed if I log out and back int the messages will appear. Is there a way to speed up the refreshing on my softphone?

There's not a way to speed the refresh/sync. It is usually pretty fast though.  How long does it generally take on your end?
