Normally, once you turn on presence, phones with multiple lines would reduce the number of lines available to 2.
However, there was a workaround which functioned just fine until about 3 weeks ago, when an update turned it off.
We are having a difficult time functioning without this capability. Our receptionist can't handle multiple incoming calls without the extra lines, and if I turn off presence then she doesn't have presence, and the sidecar is useless.
Please restore this function ASAP.
