Newb wants to make a 3 way or bring another person onto an existing call

Hello, we are just now trying out Ring Central. 

My situation is
We have:
-a log in with 4 VOIP numbers
-the smart phone app
-have used the desktop program
We are still using our traditional land line phone system.

Is it possible for me to call the boss from my smartphone app and then call a 3rd party like our delivery truck and conference us all together?

I have about 3 hours of experience with the system so be simple with your answer please.

Hello Marc,

Great question!  Currently the mobile app does not have  the "Add+" caller feature like the Desktop app does, so, the next easiest thing is to use the Conference calling feature.  

The "Invite with text" feature is probably the most efficient method. 



Step 1:
Launch the RingCentral mobile app on your device.

Step 2:
Tap the  Conference icon.

You will now see the local  Conference Number, and the  Host and Participants access codes.

I completely agree with Marc. This is a lacking feature and would be very handy to have in the Mobile App.
