How do I get rid of and obtain a new RingCentral Rep?

I am interested in RingCentral for my business but, when I called in to ask questions, I ended up with a Rep that does not comprehend. He stated he is MY Rep (but I need to exchange him). When he called to follow-up (unexpected), I informed him we had communication problems and, if he was going to be my Rep, I am not interested in RingCentral; I thought he would rather flip me to another Rep rather than lose business, but he just kept on talking as if I had said nothing! Now. How do I get in touch with someone to help me with my RingCentral questions???
