For certain fax numbers, I get repeated failed transmissions. The fax numbers are valid. These are established entities that use dedicated fax lines. I regularly fax myself at the same time, and those transmissions (to myself) come through just fine. But the other numbers will continue to fail, several times over.
Usually, after upwards of six or seven attempts, I will finally get through. Unfortunately, on at least one of these attempts, my fax was only partially transmitted (although is showed as "successful" on my end).
How common is this for others? Is there a known problem or solution?
There is no difference between using the desktop app or my browser.
The attachments are all scanned pdf, with no unusual characters.
Every time I fax myself, it comes through fine; the other numbers continue to fail.
There are NO problems with my internet connection.
The receiving fax numbers may be busy, but they are not so busy as to block multiple attempted transmissions.
