I had a call this afternoon and one of the expected attendees never showed. after the meeting, I followed up with him only to find out that he called six times and received "all circuits are busy" message. I also had one participant drop off the call unexpectedly. Is this normal? I'm very concerned about this platform if this is a common occurrence. I have been using
freeconference.com for free for years and never had this kind of thing happen. I've been on RC for a month only. Not a good start. If this only happens with the conference system, that's fine, but I wonder if this will also be happening when clients simply try to call -- this would be a much bigger problem.
