Dell XPS 3200 x 1800 Resolution

App for Windows fails to scale properly on my Dell XPS in 3200 x 1800 Resolution.  Other than changing the resolution which has other negative side effects, what solutions does Ring Central have?  Specifically, what development is underway to resolve this issue with a new release or update to the App.
