Call Recording: How long are they stored?

How many days does Ringcentral keep copies of phone recordings online? Is there anyway to access old call recordings that aren't available on the call log anymore?

Kim, is there way to "batch download" all recordings at the 30 day mark ?

Hi Frasca,

There's not necessarily a way to do this at the 30 day mark, but we do have a fairly new integration with DropBox that automatically backs up your recordings.  Let us know if this works for your needs.

Thanks very helpful. Are there plans to release something like this for Google Drive? I tried using Zapier but it's very cost prohibitive given how they charge per tasks.

It's under consideration, but there are not definite plans on the road-map yet.

Recordings are automatically saved in Call Logs for up to  90 days, with up to 100,000 recordings per account. If you need to retain them longer than this, please download and save them.
