Constant time/date out of sync on VVX410

Just installed these phone today and when they first were plugged in, everything was great. Now the phone says the time and date are out of sync. I have rebooted the phones a few times, it will sync up, and then the time/date will go out of sync again.

Ran the test at http://www.ringcentral.com/support/qos.html and got a score of 4.3. Low latency and low jitter when testing 50 phone calls.

For those seeing an issue with the  time zone being incorrect  today. Please unplug your phone for 60 seconds, then plug it back in.

Hello Mark,

Did you configure your internal network when you went through Implementations during account setup? Here is updated information on those configurations for the router.  

Port 123 UDP on your router (This port allows NTP: date and time updates) . Check additional Router Port Ranges here.  Let me know if this helps resolve the issue.

Ports are open. We do NTP updates on a lot of devices here.
