Bug when incoming call overlaps outgoing call.

I have a virtual office where incoming calls are simultaneously rung on my home phone and my cell phone (both have different numbers than my office phone number).

According to my call logs, I received a call at the same time that I was using my home phone, but my cell phone did not ring.  I only know about the incoming call because I got an e-mail notice that I missed it.

What can be done to prevent this from happening in the future?

Incoming calls are forwarded to my cell phone and home phone simultaneously.  I only use the mobile app to make outgoing calls and review my call log.

Jeff,

A "missed" call can often be a person just hung up for whatever reason and the call never had time to route to your cell/home phone.  For Example, if I call your Digital Line (DL) and something came up where I have to hang up (i.e., to take another call of my own, talk to someone suddenly, etc.) and decide to call you back later, you will get an e-mail that it was a "missed" call, but really it may have not even routed to your cell/home because I hung up too soon.  Keep that in mind.  Honesty, for that reason exactly is why I personally do not select to get missed call notifications.

What did the caller say?  If the caller said they called you and it rang through all the way and they got your voicemail and hung up and it never rang your cell/home then check after hour rules or any advanced rules.

I hope this is helpful.  Let us know.
