Clicking Reports causing Session Timeout

What would cause my Reports tab to just sit there spinning with "Loading" on the page and then cause my session to timeout?  This is happening right now no matter how long I've been logged in.  It is also making it so that I can't click on anything else until it times out.  We are trying to pull numbers for a weekly report and can't do so until we can get that Report tab/page to load.

Having same issue over here.  Too slow. 

Today we learn that only "Super Admin" Ext 101 can get all the Call Logs (related with Reports of course), other "admins" could get some partial results...

We did discover an issue causing the screen to timeout for some users, but it has now been resolved.

Hi Ryan, 

That page does load a little slow, but it should eventually load. 

Please delete cache & cookies from web browser history and see if that helps or you can also try using a different web browser. 

Typically it will take longer to load if you have a larger date range also.
