We have two fax numbers that have begun forwarding to our main office number. Oddly, it doesn't seem to be everyone. I can call from my Verizon cell, it goes to fax. I call from an office phone, it goes to operator. The Phone system is BroadvoxFusion SIP. The Fax lines are Ring Central. We've already had the phone techs review our system and found nothing.
Any ideas if there's some routing or setting....it's baffling.

The fax numbers are 713-861-2107 & 713-866-7609. They were ported over to Ring Central a few months ago. The number they are redirecting to is 713-861-6013.
