Unable to receive faxes on main line which is voice + Fax line or the dedicated line
I changed my main line message and suddenly I am no longer able to receive any faxes on our main line. If the main line is set up to go directly to an extension bypassing the company message, the faxes are received. Anyone having this problem? I was recommended to use the dedicated fax line but interestingly this has the message from the main line and the same fax failure occurs. Please help.
