What changes are included in the Polycom Firmware update 4.1.8 ?

Are there any release notes for the new firmware that was just announced for Polycom VVX phones that I can see? I understand there are some new features, bug fixes, etc.

Note: This update may take in excess of 20 minutes depending on your network. You may wish to wait until after your normal business hours to reboot your phone(s)  to eliminate any negative impact on your customers.
