Can't view old faxes via the new interface

Please do something with your new interface!
1. I am not able to view old faxes with new interface. I have to log in, enter password, go to "sent", then view all my faxes. That's is really kind of annoying..
2. I am not able to "leave the fax header blank"!  The fax number, company name, date and time will be stamped on the header! Why is that annoying? Because it covers my other information which my clients would like to see. For example, I download a Html page and I would like my clients to see that web address that is exactly where your company header stands and covers the website address.

Thanks for your post Grace. We've had numerous requests for #1 so hopefully our product team can add that feature. 

For #2,  Can you further explain the issue and include screenshots as an example so we can see what you are referring to?

Thank you for your prompt reply.  Did you see what I try to explain? all fax number, page number, date and time of header information covers my intentional header information which my clients would like to see.

I'm sorry Grace but I'm still not understanding the issue.  Can you detail the steps that are causing the problem. I'm not understanding the relationship between viewing a fax and downloading an html page as you mentioned above.

Ok, let me explain for 3rd time.

Because your header is stamped on each single page I fax to my clients, they are not able to see the existing header of my faxes!
Sometime I PDF a website page and fax to them directly. On that page, it has my existing website address, my existing date and time, and my name on it.
However, your company's header just covers all my existing information!!!
Please see the attachment one more time.

This header, by regulation, is built into the code on all faxes (VoIP or POTS).  This is on all faxes not just on RingCentral and cannot be removed.

it seems like you are still confused about my question.
I am going to snapshot one of my old faxes which before I started to use the new interface.

The old header only shows date and time, without the fax number, without my company name, and without all the unnecessary information.

That's the header I was expecting. Not the current header
on the far left of this header, it has my company which i didn't snapshot in this photo to protect my identify.
the rest, it shows the fax number i faxed to, the page number, date and time.

The old header only shows date and time on the far left and page numbers on the far right.

sometime, I don't want to show the client's fax numbers on the faxes.

I have my business running for 15 years and I Know what i am talking about.
the attached snapshop is the fax i fax to my client in 4/25/2013
no phone number, no company name!

If you guys can't solve this issue, I will just switch to another company.
You guys is not the only efax company.
