A user is forwarding calls to their extension directly to their personal Ring Central mobile app on their iPhone 6. This user is receiving complaints from callers that the time allotted to leave a voice message is too short; that they are being cut off. What could be causing this?
Hello Heather, The voicemail system will take messages up to 3 minutes in length which is a pretty long time for a voicemail. Have you/they actually timed the message to see if they are getting the full 3 minutes?
