Years of smooth call forwarding (sequencial) in both USA and Canada with a number of cell providers.
2 weeks ago, lost fax ability (send and receive), then lost sms capability. Noticed light call volume and sure enough, calls being routed to vm with no signal being sent to my 1st call forwarding number (t mobile). with 2nd phone added in testing both ringing in sequence and simultaneously it would skip tmobile (1st phone) and go to 2nd.
did a factrory reset on 1st phone (t mobile) and hoped it would fix. not.
bought another phone (not tmobile) and it works changing nothing but number.
Ring central has been dancing around this as its intermittent and seems to make no sense.
now sms back, and fax (1 day only so we will see), but the % of calls working as it should is down considerably and .....
I am so tired / disappointed and frustrated as rc seems to have little to no interest in this. Not a lot of effort in fixing.
Ring by name may be getting a call from me soon.
If anyone has any ideas, suggestions, clues, etc. I would be most interested in hearing them as I am at the end of my rope here.
