Message from Desktop App

We have an user that every time she got a call, the RingCentral pop up notification open the app but shows this message: And she is not sending any attachment... Windows 7

Try to de-authorize that computer from the softphone, Then close the softphone, reopen it and log in and test it again. (make sure you log in using the digital line and no extension number, not the main number plus extension)  You'll find the steps here if you have not done this before.
