Make calls from phonenumber in a excel sheet or a Google Sheet

Hi,

Is there anyway to make calls from a Excel sheet, or a Google Drive Sheet? I have a lot of numbers in excel sheets - our calling lists are in excel rows.  We would like to be able to just click the phone numbers in the sheet, to make a call with the softphone. How can we do that - is there a app or a shortcut function that can do this?

Thanks :)

Hi Atul,   I'll move this to a new "idea" topic since it's related to the iPhone/mobile app

It's called HOTKEYS in the Ringcentral for Windows APP.  I use this a lot and like it.

Here's how it works on my PC.  With the Excel spreadsheet opened, I double-click the number (which highlights the number), depress my F4 key and then click the green Call button.

I use OSX. What I do is double click in the phone number (it works inside any application, not just excel) to select it and then press F11 to put this phone number into the RingCentral Desktop App, then Dial as always. I modified the hot key to F11, but can be the default inside the settings of the app.

Thanks! I found that after my upgrade on the desktop app, I had to clean out the previous install, reinstall, and then had to restart the mac. Otherwise, the Hotkey feature dod not show up. Got it working now and everyone in the office loves it. Best, Bob
