Is there a way to have an incoming fax identified by the contact info of the sender. If they are in the contacts and if they send from the same number as the fax number listed in the contacts, their is no problem. Their name appears on the incoming fax. If their fax out number is not the same as their inbound fax number, then only their outbound fax number appears. I have tried adding their outbound fax number to their contact info, but this does not seem to work. I don't want to list is as an alternative fax number (since it is their out bound line) so I have tried to put it as some alternate phone number. This however is not triggering their contact name to appear instead of just their outbound fax number. Can anyone help me with this issue? Thaks.
