My price Went UP ! Why so much ?

I was just charged $67.16 for this month's service. Last month I was charged $42.03 which is what I was paying for my Ring Central Office service. Why it went up so much ? Is the same service/features. This is now more money now than having a separate cell phone for my business line. I think is time to start looking for another company that offers the same service/feature for a much lower price. Also last month Federal Universal Service Fund charge $ 2.86 This Month $4.75 I want to know also if I switch to another company if I receive a refund for the time I didn't use the service since you already charged me for the whole month of June.

I would recommend you contact the RingCentral customer support/billing phone to find out why, rather than asking in a community forum.

They were closed over the weekend so on the phone with them now. Lets see what they can do. If they can't give me the same price then they are history. I already found a company online that for $39.94 a month can get the same thing. That is already less than what I was paying - $42.03

They told me that I was getting a 3 month discount of 30% for the plan when I upgraded to the Office Standard. I upgraded because needed the text messaging feature. They can not give any more discounts since they only give a one time. Seems that they don't want to do anything to keep a customer. $67.16 is too much money for their service being that there are other companies out there for much less for the same services. Also as I told them can get a second cell phone for less than that. Since I was charged for this month already and they are no refunds I will be canceling my service with them before I get charge for next month so I have all this time to look around for other company to go to. I told them that and they didn't care.

The USF factor is controlled by the FCC on a quarterly basis. Like anything, administered by the Gov'ment, the tax increases rather than decreases over time. That is true that the FCC controls those fees. I have found another company that offers the same services that Ring Central offers for less money and they don't charge any of those fees. I am in the process at the moment of porting my number to the new company.
