When will you guys fix the VVX 410 firmware?

I haven't heard of any slowness problem on the VVX410 but we'll be happy to look into this for you. Can you please use the following link to open a case so that we can locate your account, and contact information.  
Feel free to post any other problems or symptoms here in case there are other users with the same problem.
