Need Access To Ringcentral for Developers

I'm currently working with a small medical practice that I just moved over to Ringcentral.  Since I can't get the voicemail notifications to work the way we need, it'd be much easier to just have access to Ringcentral for Developers.  However, I see it's only available for Premium and Enterprise, not Standard.

Is there any plans to make this available for Standard Office users?

----

The problem we are having with notifications is;

I have extension 801, where messages will be delivered to extension 802.  When this is enabled, any email notification settings I use for 801 are null and void.  The notification settings for 802 are used.

What I want is to have the message left for 801 be delivered to 802, but I still want to use the notification settings set at 801.

Sajan, avoid extension number 800-850 as they are used for the Park feature.

that may be part of your issue

change extension numbers to maybe the 700 numbers and see if the problem still exists and let us know

Thank you

Chuck, I'm very confused.  Nobody is using the call parking feature.  Even if they were, how does that affect email notifications for voice messages?

Well, from a trouble shooting perspective could be someing internal so as a best practice I would avoid thoes extensions.

As for the notification.  Not sure what you are trying to really accomplish.  there are notification settings for each extension, (You know this already) and we could redirect messages to different Mailboxes, What would be helpfull is if you more fully explain what your goal is.

Not knowing your call flow does not help either.  I was thinking a message only extension that may work but what is the specifics of haveing the Notify settings in 801

Or just redirect the VM box in the 801 extension to 802.

that should work

Try it

Right now, messages left for 801 are indeed being delivered to 802, but the notification settings for 801 are being ignored and 802's notification settings are being used instead.

If RC can give you the option that you need, you could work with rules inside your eMail system to handle those notifications...

Yep, right now I'm having to keep 801 delivered to 801 to get the email notification sent to my application.  This is fine, however, it means that the user has to specifically check 801 for these particular messages.

What I'm trying to accomplish is my application gets notified via email for new messages to 801, while also having the message delivered to 802.

So are you asking for multiple emails addresses to be notified when there is a message in 801?  That can be done within RC settings.
