I get an error code when trying to print from other programs/applications

When I try to print from any application (such as QuickBooks), I select the RIngCentral "printer", but I get the message shown below.  The software worked perfectly on the first computer, but the next two came up with this message.

Thank you for the updated software.  The scan button is really nice - but it still isn't allowing the other computers to fax (through the print function) from other applications, such as Word or QuickBooks.  They work from the RIngCentral software, but not to print/fax from other software.

When you print from Word, or some other application, are you seeing the "RingCentral Internet Fax" printer installed similar to below?

Sometimes you have to scroll down to see all printers in the list and people often miss it.  It should have installed automatically when you upgraded the software.

Yes, the printer in installed, and that's what I select.  But then I get the same error code that I got before, saying it can't write to the disc (basically).  Then the document is stuck in the print queue, but it never prints.  I try restarting it there, but it never goes.  It's hard to get it to cancel out of the queue then too.

The next thing I would try is checking with your printer manufacturer to make sure you have the most recent printer drivers installed, and update if available.  If that doesn't work then reply back here. We may need you to open a support case.
