Is there any way for you to provide me the service I pay for? our phones have been down for hours and my loss is in the thousands

Hello Paul,  Sorry for the inconvenience.  It appears there has been progress and many users phones are now working again. We'll post official updates to the following page  http://success.ringcentral.com/ .
